POLICIES
POP Bookings
· Once we receive a booking request form or phone/text/email inquiry, we will promptly respond to confirm availability, answer any questions, and send the invoice for your POP.
· The invoice must be paid to secure your POP.
· Booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
· After securing your date, please send us a picture of your yard and the preferred location for set up.
POP Installation
· POPs are installed anytime between 7:00 p.m. on the night before your event and 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your event. Because our routes may vary depending on different factors, we do not guarantee an installation time unless special arrangements have been made.
· POP installations are more successful when the ground is damp, so please water your yard the day before your event if there has not been recent rainfall or if your yard is dry. However, please suspend all watering and/or sprinklers while our POPs are in the yard.
· If you live in a gated community, please ensure that the gate attendant knows that we will be coming to install the POPs.
· All POPs are accompanied by a yard sign providing the contact information for Sign Pop Ups. We make every attempt to set the sign up at a distance from the POP, so we kindly ask that you do not move or hide it.
POP Rules
· For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the POPs, as they will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them. And although we love our furry friends, please also keep pets away from the POPs.
· Please DO NOT attach balloons, tape, or any other items (such as signs) to our POPS.
· Please DO NOT water your lawn or trim your grass while our POPs are in the yard, as the grass clippings and any flying debris can cause damage to our POPs. If you have a lawn service, please arrange for them to come before our POPs are installed.
· Please DO NOT pull the POPs from the ground or move them. If you have an issue with your installation, please contact us at (904) 805-3113 so that we can assist you.
· If the POP is a gift, please work with someone in the recipient’s household to ensure that the rules above are followed, as you are ultimately responsible for any damage to the POP.
· Sign Pop Ups is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused during the time of the POP rental.
· Please DO take pictures next to your POP, share them on social media, and tag us using the hashtag #signpopups. We would love to feature you on our site and/or social media channels and we also offer loyalty coupons for repeat customers!
POP Pick Up
· POPs are picked up anytime between 7:00 pm on the day of your event and 7:00 am on the day after your event.
· If you live in a gated community, please ensure that the gate attendant knows that we will be coming to retrieve the POPs.
· In the unlikely event that a POP is damaged during the rental period, you agree to be responsible for the damage (up to $25 per piece).
Cancellations/Refunds
· We understand that circumstances may change, however our cancellation policy reflects the fact that we have a limited supply of POPs, and that a lot of time and energy goes into POP planning in the days leading up to your rental.
· Cancellations that occur 5 days or more prior to the event can choose between receiving a refund of ½ the booking rate or a full credit toward a future reservation within 1 year of the date of the event. Cancellations that occur less than 5 days prior to the event will not receive a refund or credit.
· No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address, or due to the homeowner requesting us to remove a POP that was gifted to them.
· No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the POP from being set up or circumstances that prevent us from setting up the POP that are out of our control.
· No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
· In the event that inclement weather, such as lightning/thunderstorms or heavy rain/high winds, prevents us from setting up your POP, we will be in contact to provide alternative options for installation (e.g., an alternate date or a refund).
FAQs
How long is the POP rental period?
Our POPs are installed anytime between 7:00 p.m. on the night before your event and 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your event. POPs are picked up anytime between 7:00 pm on the day of your event and 7:00 am on the day after your event. Additional rental time can be added, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
What areas do you cover?
We offer free delivery to Nocatee (zip code 32081). We also offer service to adjacent zip codes for a small fee. Please contact us at info@signpopups.com for specific delivery fee information outside of the 32081 zip code.
If the POP is a gift, how will the recipient know who sent it?
If the POP is rented as a gift, a hang tag will be left on the front door to provide more information about the POP rental. However, we suggest you work with a member of the recipient’s household to ensure that Sign Pop Ups’ policies are followed (including no watering or mowing while the POP is up), as you are ultimately responsible for any damage to the POP. If the recipient calls us and wants to know who ordered the display, we will tell them unless you give us specific instructions not to. We will also take down the display immediately if they request us to do so.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Our POP packages and specialty signs are limited and rented on a first come, first serve basis. If you are looking for a specific theme or color, we suggest booking your POP early so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
Does Sign Pop Ups offer custom POPs?
Yes! Please email us at info@signpopups.com to let us know what you are looking for and we will gladly send you a custom quote. *Please note, although we love custom orders, Sign Pop Ups reserves the right to politely decline requests that are controversial, lewd, disrespectful, political or that otherwise do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
PRIVACY POLICY
Sign Pop Ups respects your privacy. We do not sell our clients’ personal information to third parties. We may occasionally contact you to share information about our products and special discounts, but you can always opt out if you prefer.
